Terms of service

You need an account to use Study Bloom. Students tell us their date of birth when signing up. Students under 13 must have a parent or guardian recorded before using AI Help or Voice Tutor, and a parent or guardian is responsible for the account. Very young children should only use Study Bloom with an adult present.

Live tutoring is the heart of Study Bloom. Sessions are booked for a set time and length with a specific tutor, and the price is shown before you pay. Tutors provide the meeting link for the online session.

Sessions are paid at booking through Stripe; we never see or store card numbers. Study Bloom keeps a service fee and the remainder is tracked for the tutor’s payout. Cancellations made at least 12 hours before a session are refunded; later cancellations may not be.

AI features are free and are provided as study support. Answers may be incomplete or wrong, so check important work with your tutor or teacher. Voice Tutor uses your microphone only during a session, does not store audio, and saves a short study summary for 90 days. Do not share personal details such as your address or phone number with AI features.

• Be respectful. Harassment, bullying or inappropriate content is not allowed.
• Keep communication on Study Bloom so it can be reviewed if something goes wrong.
• Report or block any user who makes you uncomfortable — reports go to our admin team.
• Do not share account passwords or another student’s information.
• Accounts that break these rules can be suspended or removed.

Tutors must give accurate qualifications and are reviewed and approved before appearing in search. Verified badges reflect the checks we have completed. Tutors may only access information about students they are booked with.

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Account safety. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put a student at risk.
